  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or protective wrapping

💸 Refund or Replacement?

  • If the issue is confirmed, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement at no extra charge

  • Or, you can choose a full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If a refund delay occurs, our support team will notify you proactively.

We believe in fairness:

  • If the problem is from our side (wrong item, damaged, defective), we’ll cover 100% of return shipping costs
