📌 When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t already been packed or shipped.

  • Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be processed immediately.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible — but we’ll still work with you to offer an alternative solution (such as a return or exchange after delivery).

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible for the fastest resolution.

🕐 Why the 12-Hour Window?

Because our fulfillment process is fast!
We begin order processing almost immediately after payment is confirmed. This includes:

  • Product quality checks

  • Packaging

  • Labeling

  • Handover to our shipping partners

After the product is shipped, it’s no longer possible to intercept or halt delivery. That’s why we encourage customers to double-check their order details before confirming and to reach out right away if something needs to be changed.

✅ How to Cancel an Order

Cancelling your order is simple. You can:

  1. Email us at support@hprintwide.site or info@hprintwide.site

  2. Include your order ID, contact number, and a brief reason (optional)

  3. Or call us directly for urgent cancellations:

Our support team is available to assist during regular business hours. We aim to confirm all cancellation requests within 24 hours or sooner.

💳 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the refund transaction details once processed

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is needed, but cancellation confirmation will still be shared

If the cancellation request is made after shipping, you may need to wait for the delivery and initiate a return request under our Return & Replacement Policy.

🔄 Can I Modify My Order Instead?

Yes, in many cases, you can! If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we may be able to:

  • Update the shipping address

  • Change the product variant or model

  • Adjust the quantity

  • Switch to a prepaid payment method if you selected COD

Simply reach out to our team with your Order ID and required changes. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request before dispatch.

⚠️ Exceptions — When Cancellations Are Not Possible

We always try to accommodate your needs, but some situations may prevent order cancellation:

  • Orders already shipped or in transit

  • Products under custom packaging or made-to-order requests

  • Cancellation requests received after 12 hours, where fulfillment has begun

  • Repeated cancellations from the same customer, which may lead to account review

If cancellation isn’t possible, you can still follow our Return Policy after delivery for eligible items.

📦 What If I Refuse Delivery?

If you refuse delivery without prior cancellation or confirmation from our support team:

  • The product will be returned to us by the courier

  • You may be charged a restocking or handling fee

  • COD orders refused multiple times may result in account restrictions
